The company was established  to harness the knowledge and experience of Audio Design Lab’s award-winning design team.

Audio Design Labs, Inc under the direction of Bruce Weisberg, Chief Operations Officer, and Rich Walborn, Chief Technical Officer, have extensive engineering, product development, manufacturing, industrial design, and sales and marketing expertise. They have worked for JBL, Infinity, M&K, Moog, Fender, etc.
